How the call goes
You tell me where work goes missing: a web form, an inbox, a spreadsheet, an AI step. No preparation, and no logins for the call.
I tell you whether I can take it, what the work looks like, how long it takes, and what it costs.
You can stop there. The call commits you to nothing.
If you go ahead
I trace where your requests actually go, read-only, before I change anything. Then I rebuild the step that loses them. Nothing goes live until its job totals match your own records. You get what broke and why, in writing, and you keep what was built.
What the work is
Usually one job. I trace where your requests actually go, read-only, before I change anything. Then I rebuild the step that drops them. Nothing goes live until its job totals match your own records, and you get what broke and why, in writing.
One sales team's AI intake step failed 95 times in 30 days without telling anyone. How I found it
What it costs
The call is free. A build is priced on the call.
If the thing you want built is not worth building, I tell you on the call and it costs you nothing.

What it will not do
- It will not replace anyone on your team. It takes the work nobody wanted anyway.
- It will not make decisions about money or people on its own.
- It will not learn your business by magic. I have to build your rules into it, and that is most of the work.
- Anything going to a customer gets checked before it goes out.
Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to know what to automate?
No. That is the most common worry and it is the part I handle. You describe what's going wrong, and on the call I tell you which one thing is worth building first.
What if my business is too small?
Size is not the test. What matters is whether somebody is paid to get something right, and being wrong costs you money you can count. The smaller the team, the more of the week gets eaten by work that could just happen on its own.
What do I get from the call?
A straight answer: whether I can take it, what the work looks like, and what it costs.
What if we already tried automating this?
Then I start there. One business I looked at had exactly that: an automation somebody set up, still switched on, failing without telling anyone. Nobody gets an alert when automation stops. Finding that is usually the first thing I do.
Will it break when something changes?
Things change and things break. If I build something for you, keeping it running is an option I price with everything else, and you can always take what was built and run it yourself.
Do you need access to my systems?
Not for the call. A description is enough to tell you whether I can help. If I build something, I need access to the one system the task lives in, and only that one. An NDA is fine.
Am I locked in?
No. The call commits you to nothing. A build is priced before it starts, and you keep what was built.
